Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

iTeaMDM Pro is a Windows desktop utility that removes the Remote Management (MDM supervision) profile from iPhone and iPad hardware. A license covers one device, identified by its serial number, for the life of that device. It is not a subscription and it does not expire.

2. What it does not do

It does not remove an iCloud Activation Lock. It does not unlock a device that is still under an active lease, corporate contract, or financing agreement. It does not bypass carrier locks. If you are unsure which lock your device has, contact us before purchasing.

3. Authorized use

You may use this software only on devices you own, or on devices you have written authorization to service — for example as a refurbisher clearing inventory you have legally acquired, or as IT staff decommissioning your employer's hardware. You may not use it on hardware you do not own, on stolen property, or in a way that interferes with another party's lawful control of a device.

4. License terms

Licenses are personal to the purchasing account and bind to a single serial number. You may install the software on as many of your own machines as you like; the license travels with the device, not the computer. If a device is replaced under warranty, contact us and we will move the license once at no charge.

5. Refunds

If we cannot support your device, you get a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Write to us with the model and iOS version and we will confirm before you pay, or refund after. Refunds are not available for licenses that have already been used to unlock a device.

6. Support and updates

Updates are included for the life of the license. We aim to answer support mail within one business day. We do not guarantee that a future iOS release will be supported on day one, and we will tell you honestly when it is not.

7. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in question. We are not responsible for data loss, lost revenue, or the consequences of using the tool on hardware you were not entitled to modify.

8. Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, iPad and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. iTeaMDM Pro is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.
