Privacy Policy

Last updated 4 November 2026. Short version: we collect what we need to sell you a license and nothing else.

What we collect

Account: username, email address, hashed password (PBKDF2-SHA256, salted — we cannot read it). License: the device serial number you register, and when you registered it. Orders: order id, amount, payment status. Logs: IP address and user agent for sign-in and order events, kept for abuse investigation.

What we do not collect

We do not collect the contents of your device, your Apple ID, your photos, your contacts, or anything the app reads while it runs. The unlock process happens on your machine. We have no telemetry, no analytics SDK, no advertising tracker, and this site loads no third-party resources.

Payment

Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. They never reach our servers and we never store a card number.

How long we keep it

License and order records are kept for as long as the license exists, because that is what proves your device is registered. Sign-in logs are rotated after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; deleting it also revokes the licenses attached to it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@iteamdm.pro from the address on the account and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

One cookie, itm_session, keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, and expires after seven days. No tracking cookies, no third-party cookies.

Security

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2-SHA256 at 260,000 rounds. The site runs over HTTPS with a strict Content Security Policy. Access to the operations console requires a separate privileged account.
